Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Woodtech Rapid Drill CNC machine to drill and mill wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials according to production specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate drilling and milling of materials.
• Adjust machine settings, including speed, feed rate, and tooling, to optimize production efficiency and precision.
• Monitor the CNC machine during operation, ensuring that drilled holes and shaped components meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished components for defects and ensure that they meet required dimensions and quality specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Woodtech Rapid Drill CNC machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Maintain accurate production logs, documenting machine settings, material usage, and production output.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator with Woodtech Rapid Drill CNC machines or similar CNC equipment in furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, drilling processes, and furniture production techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Experience with machine setup, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
