Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure proper use of tools and machinery.
- Inspect materials and equipment for quality and functionality.
- Resolve production issues and troubleshoot delays to maintain workflow.
- Train and mentor workers to improve skills and productivity.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate timely procurement of materials and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of furniture production processes, tools, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and quality standards.
