Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the office.
- Maintain records of production schedules, inventory, and office documents.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering office supplies, and keeping track of materials.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Support the HR team with employee documentation and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure that office equipment and machinery are well-maintained and functional.
- Liaise with various departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the furniture industry or manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
