Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate panel saw machinery to cut wood, MDF, and other materials as per specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, cutting lists, and work orders accurately.
- Set up and adjust saw settings to ensure precise cuts and minimal material wastage.
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain panel saw equipment, performing routine checks and minor repairs.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Panel Saw Operator or in a similar role in the furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of panel saw machinery, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measure accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
