Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the furniture manufacturing facility, ensuring all production goals and deadlines are met.
• Manage production schedules, workflows, and resources to optimize efficiency and meet customer demand.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, working closely with purchasing and logistics teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in the production environment.
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Track production performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Manage the maintenance of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure consistent performance.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and other departments to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in furniture manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and drive performance.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
