Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the HOMAG BHX 50 CNC machine for drilling, milling, and routing operations on wood, MDF, and other materials used in furniture production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate machining of furniture components.
• Adjust CNC machine settings such as speed, feed rate, and tooling to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output.
• Monitor the machining process to ensure accuracy, precision, and efficiency.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the HOMAG BHX 50 CNC machine to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, material usage, and production output.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator with HOMAG BHX 50 CNC machines or similar equipment in furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CNC operations, furniture production processes, and machinery maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Proficient in machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.
